Mosman Preparatory School Sporting Facilities

ProjectCorp were engaged by Mosman Preparatory School for the construction of a new sporting facility incorporating a multi-purpose hall, championship tennis / basketball court, full size playing fields with drainage and irrigation and associated carparking.

The 7.5 acre facility was located within a rural environment and in close proximity to an equestrian centre and therefore required extensive strategic planning relating to heavy traffic movements for the 15,000m3 of civil earthworks as horses had right of way around the site.

The project was also constructed during a period of excessive rainfall (record amount for the year) however ProjectCorp remained focused in getting the job delivered as soon as possible at a high standard.
