Penrith Valley Cultural Precinct

This project has included the upgrade and refurbishment of the existing Memorial Hall Building in St Mary’s to cater for 380 people.

As part of the building extensions were the revamped stage and dressing rooms, a new industrial kithcen, meeting rooms and amenities.  A new Piazza area / carparking and external landscaping were alsoc included in this project.

This has become Penrith City Council’s largest capacity venue.

ProjectCorp provided a high level of finish to the new refurbishment works, integrating new with old.

This new piazza/carpark is broken up into different coloured concrete and varied exposed aggregates to distinguish the car bays.  The complexity of the design and varied surface treatment shows our skills of forward planning and coordination of trades and services infrastructure.
