Stanhope Gardens Amenities Building

A key component of the masterplan for the larger public amenities programme at Stanhope Gardens for Blacktown Council, this amenities building contains male, female and accessible public toilets, changerooms, a meeting room, canteen/ kiosk and covered outdoor space.

The building can be defined as 2 robust masonry containers protecting the activities within.  The steel roof is elevated above the masonry walls to provide natural light and ventilation.

The accuracy and setting out of each member and concrete pad footing was critical to the success of the project.  This highlights ProjectCorp’s ability to follow and carry out the intended design.

This project was delivered on budget, within the programmed time and of high quality.
