Sunshine Homes Head Office Refurbishment

ProjectCorp were engaged for the strip-out of Sunshine Home’s head office in Pymble and to build new offices to accomodate this growing company.

As the existing facility was required to remain fully operational during the works, programming and sequencing of works were imperative for a successful project.

This project also included the BCA and DDA upgrade of the existing building and implemention of compliant fire services and emergency lighting.  An external lift servicing three floors was also inlcude as part of the scope of works

ProjectCorp have now successfully completed two projects for this client and have developed a good relationship with GGF Architects (now known as McCullum Ashby Architects).
