This project incorporated the construction and fit out of a new community centre (1100m2) and amenities building (250m2) within a reserve at Kellyville.
The amenities pavilion and community building with car park is located adjacent to the main playing field (home of the Rouse Hill Rhinos rugby league team). and has provided the new development will provide improved facilities to the local community.
Both buildings are predominantly timber and masonry construction. The masonry walls to the amenities building is articulated with two types of face blockwork with a brick corbel in between and a combination of face brick and blockwork with a brick corbel in between to the community building, demonstrating ProjectCorp’s attention to detail.
